We have two fabulous new employees here and we are so excited to show them off.

This week is Hailey. Fun, happy, a go getter, and a bride to be herself! Welcome Hailey! Or, shall we say, welcome back. Hailey started at our sister-store Lily & Iris a few years back as their first consultant, now she joins us this summer again. Lucky us!

Alta Moda Bridal consultant - Utah

Q: Are you from Utah originally?

A: Mostly, I was born here, then my family moved to a small suburb 30 minutes outside of Atlanta for most of my young childhood and then we moved back here 10 years later.

Q: What is your favorite down-time activity?

A: Video gaming! I’m kind of a nerd… but I also do a lot of drawing. The two are tied for favorite.

Q: Where is tops on your list of places you want to visit/travel?

A: Bora Bora, because, duh.

Q: Where is your favorite place you’ve traveled?

A: I spent a summer in Costa Rica when I was still in high school, it was amazing. It’s one of the prettiest places I’ve seen and has some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

Q: What is your favorite gown at Alta Moda Bridal right now?

A: Muscari, by Jenny Packham

Q: In your time here so far, what would you say sticks out the most about the wedding planning process?

A: The families. They can make or break the planning process. There are so many sweet, supportive families out there that I’ve met that make it way easier and more fun for the bride. Meeting them is a lot of fun!

Q: What are you most looking forward to with being a bridal consultant?

A: I love getting to know each girl and hearing stories about their life. It makes you realize what a small world it is and how much we are all alike!

Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City?

A: The Copper Onion.

Q: What makes you laugh?

A: The Onion can reliably make me laugh.

Q. Your getting married soon. What has been your favorite part of the planning process?

A. Sharing it with my fiance. He’s been really supportive, and he’s willing to do the hard stuff, like guests lists and budgeting. He’ll even try to weigh in on the girly stuff, like when I asked him, “Should we do peonies or hydrangea?” and he paused and responded with “Ummm… Show me a picture”. It’s made us closer.
