Thrilled were we when last week we saw a rather gorgeous gal featured on Salt Lake Bride & Groom’s blog. That gorgeous gal is none other than Elora, a recent Alta Moda bride and a sharp intern with the glossy.

Just over a week ago, we got to spend a Sunny Sunday in a dear friend’s orchard with a team of talented and rather witty wedding vendors. David Newkirk’s vision of a striking couple surrounded by blossoming trees was effortlessly pulled together. And… it was featured today on Snippet & Ink!
Both gowns featured are from Monique Lhuillier’s Bliss collection.

This is a post I have been very much looking forward to sharing. Ladies and gentlemen, bride and grooms – it’s my pleasure to introduce you to our new manager, Tiffany.
When we first met her, our immediate thoughts were, “She’s fantastic!”, “Wow, she makes everyone around her happy.” and “Is her hair too pretty?”. (If you’re the jealous type, it is.)
Now, in her own words, with a little Q&A from me, I give you the darling Tiffany:
Q: Are you from Utah originally?
A: Yes, born and raised. Not that I traveled much but, being in Salt Lake is home to me.
Q: What is your favorite down-time activity? I love love LOVE to read.
A: When the sun is shining, hiking comes in at a close second.
Q: Where’s your favorite place you’ve travelled?
A: Maui. I really enjoy the mellow pace. It is a great place to decompress.
Q: What is your favorite gown at Alta Moda Bridal right now?
A: Hmmmm, tough question. I am absolutely loving the Jorge Manuel “Sejima”.
Q: In your time here so far, what would you say sticks out the most about the wedding planning process?
A: The attention to detail. I appreciate the creativity and the desire for detail.
Q: What are you most looking forward to with this position?
A: Building great relationships with the brides throughout their journey.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City?
A: I would have to say Cannellas. Their Chicken Parm is to die for. Beautiful atmosphere as well.
Q: What makes you laugh?
A: Most anything. I am happiest when I am surrounded with excitement, laughter and love.

Starting our weekend off with a bang (a sweet, sprinkled bang) was an unexpected surprise from the owner of The Cocoa Bean – Cupcake Cafes.
It was through very celebratory reasons that we got to know the owner (wink) and we were spoiled in doing so.
You can find their creative cupcake creations in Rexburg, Idaho Falls, and Provo, Utah.
Thank you for the tasty treats. I am happy to report that the cakes at the shop have been entirely devoured.
Just in time for the trunk show, Melissa Nickle of Blossom Sweet made our day with a bouquet of refreshing white flowers. If you’re not already coming in for the event or to meet Antonio (really though, he’s a dream, you should come meet him), come on in to take a look and a lingering whiff of Melissa’s fragrant arrangement.
Thank you, Melissa, for the kind and lovely surprise. We’ll savor each petal.
