Our ethereal bride Sarah, along with her now-husband Tommy and their Heber wedding were featured on Green Wedding Shoes yesterday.
Her curly dark locks captivate us. So does the pleasing scenery Utah is known for.
Music, mountains, and a gold and ivory wedding dress. This is why we love our brides and the weddings in this state.

Chances are good, when you think of Utah, Moab is one of the first visuals that comes to mind. Now, imagine it with an elegant woman wearing a sleek Elizabeth Fillmore bridal gown about to marry her dapper gentleman – This is Susan and Tony.
Married late last fall, and photographed by local talent Micheal Tallman, their wedding took place at the Sorrell River Ranch overlooking the iconic red rock mountains.

Viansa is as beautiful and charming as her unique name suggests. And finding her perfect wedding gown only magnified that beauty on her wedding day.
Viansa’s lace bridal gown is from Modern Trousseau, a favorite of Alta Moda brides. Salt Lake area photographer Travis J worked with the couple to capture the most beautiful formal photos, with the backdrop of the fall colors of the Utah mountains.

Meet Lissy. One of the sweetest brides we’ve worked with, both here at Alta Moda and at our sister store, Lily & Iris, where she found her perfect bridesmaids and mom’s dresses. As always, the talented Rebekah Westover managed to capture Lissie’s inner and outer beauty perfectly.
Lissy wore an Anne Barge lace and silk satin gown, paired with a delicate lace-edged veil.

This bride, Laura, wears her elegance on her sleeve. And, making it even better, she has a mom (Hi, Elaine) who has an eye for style AND for what her daughter loves.
During their first visit to Alta Moda, it was Laura’s mom who spotted the gown while another bride was trying it on. Patiently, we waited for the other bride to conclude, then promptly put it on the lovely Laura. Well, her mom was right. It was, unquestionably, the gown.
Laura wore a personalized modest bridal gown by Elizabeth Fillmore, an intricate hair ornament by Paris, and a train length silk tulle veil. (You know we are loving the long veils.)
The bride was photographed by Kate Benson, who kindly let us share these images with you. But, with photos like these, we may not have been able to resist otherwise.
