We are in search of a brilliant personality to be our assistant manager. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, energetic, upbeat person who will cultivate a team environment and insure an exceptional experience to each and every bride.
The assistant manager is responsible for day-to-day client and staff operations of the boutique. The assistant manager is responsible for meeting/exceeding all sales goals, overseeing the client experience to ensure that each and every client is thrilled, as well as taking part in the hiring, training and development of staff. This position works closely with top bridal designers and vendors; developing strong relationships and processes is key. The assistant manager reports directly to the operations/store director and is a vital part of our business team.
We’re looking for someone who’s willing to invest time and creativity with all of our clients; someone who can utilize their abilities to further develop a strong team able to deliver happy results to their brides and fellow team members, someone who enjoys forming strong connections and is interested in making this their career.
This position may require more than 40 hours during peak season. As a management position, there is an expectation of meeting the store demands and that hours may ebb and flow based on sales and client needs. Previous management experience is required. This position is a salaried position with a strong bonus, paid vacation days, and a long-term, company-paid savings plan.
